The purpose of this Values in Action Workshop Part 3: Role Modelling Values is to deepen the connection, courage and vulnerability, to take greater responsibility for behaviours and to demonstrate what it takes to role model the values
Ideal for teams who are not living the values or who wish to step up and be examples of the values. For teams who are expected to be role models of values such as, HR, Executive or Culture Leadership groups.
Team Performance Objectives:
- Build self awareness about the behaviours that we are living or not living
- Develop courage and vulnerability with team mates by sharing perspectives
- Develop personal accountability for behaviours that must change
- Learn a simple feedback framework for building ideas for action
- Share commitments for behavioural change that can be regularly reviewed by all team members
This workshop is built as a stand alone workshop, or can be run as a series following Values In Action 2 - Values Based Ground Rules
