The purpose of the Values in Action Workshop Part 2, Values-Based Ground Rules, is to build awareness, skill and knowledge to live our values in the everyday operating of the team.
Ideal for teams who have a shared set of values (organisation/business values) that they would like to make more meaningful and real. Taking them off the walls and into action.
Team Performance Objectives:
- Understanding of what behaviour really drives our values
- Learning simple tools to build competence to live the behaviours
- A collective agreement and process to bring these shared values to life in a practical, simple and memorable way
This workshop is built as a stand alone workshop, or can be run as a series following Values In Action 1 – Commitment to Values.
About the Workshop Author
Sarah Friis is the co-founder and lead designer of Workshops4Teams.com. Sarah has an MA (Hons) in psychology and has spent her career both in consulting and corporate roles in organisational and leadership development.
