Everyone of our Capability and Team Performance workshops come with an online video tutorial so that you can take your time to understand how the session is structured and key tips for delivering. Facilitation Done For You
We offer live video conferencing facilitation to any team in the world. You bring the people and we will bring the facilitator. We can deliver our full range of Organisational Capability Series and Team Performance Series direct to you and save you the hassle of designing AND delivering it. Facilitation is charged on a per hourly basis at $200 p/h. If you have an annual subscription of $149 per month, we include one-hour free facilitation each year.
Organisational Development Mentoring
If you are new to OD or an HR manager wanting a strategic partner and sounding board we have a range of professionals designed to support you. Mentoring is a 1:1 relationship that is included for the duration of our annual subscription package. This includes quarterly one-hour mentoring sessions to discuss the unique contextual and strategic challenges of the organisation and how to use the OD solutions toolkit to solve these challenges.
Team Effectiveness Audit
Want to support a team to achieve high performance, but not sure where to start? Download for free our Team Effectiveness Audit. This is a self-administered questionnaire exploring three areas: Strategic Effectiveness, Operational Effectiveness and Strong Skills. It also comes with an audit analysis, that enables you understand which of the OD solutions (or your own) would be best suited to solve these unique challenges.
